Gas masks can be found in many special places that is not your "everyday" area, such as (Fire fighter zombies / Fire Department / Military cases / Soldier Zombies / Survivor Zombies) the Balaclavas can be found in any crates that have winter cloths, that can be in closets in homes. I found a lot of them in those strorage garages.
