I serviced the air filter. I rebuilt the carb (Moose kit) and set the float level. After installing the carb, it would only run with the choke on.New rings and back together. I try to start it and get a C12 code CKP - crank position sensor. Troubleshoot and find it to be shorted. Installed aftermarket CKP, still get code. Check voltage on new CKP and only get 4.5V, manual calls for 5V minimum. Pulled every connector apart on vehicle and cleaned.On the 01 300 the big hose and fitting is the fuel line. There are 4 smaller (3/16) fittings. The rear two are vents and run up under the handle bars and are connected to nothing but air at that end. You can have 2 separate vent lines or the 2 Y'd into one. On the front of the carb are the two vacuum hose fittings.A little tip, the Honda fuel pump (16700-Z0J-003) is a direct bolt on replacement for the '00 King Quad. $15 on Amazon versus $85 for the "official" Suzuki replacement.
