Disconnecting the aux battery only disables ESS and causes a "Stop/Start Unavailable Service Stop/Start" message to appear for 3 seconds at every engine startup. The corresponding orange warning light stays on thereafter while the engine is running. Stop/Start Unavailable and more issues.
