Rrecs is putting way too much faith and trust in management and the scanners. We can't trust either. With mail counts, at least we only battled humans screwing us. They stopped rrecs so my thing is if it's impossible to use rrecs standards which it is then the only standards that has and was used is traditional. The problem isn't counting us it's what formula to use to get the closest evaluation as possible with standards that we know has and was used and worked was all I was meaning.All you did is confuse the RRECS but it does sort it out at the end .
