@Shelley912 Unfortunately, Spectrum support doesn't deal with this issue. It's goes back to Roku whenever I have had issues. I restarted, updated etc without any help in working.Try restarting all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router. Unplug the power for a few seconds and then plug them back in. Once everything restarts, restart your Roku device by navigating to "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate).
