How can i reset my acceptance rate on doordash

So I haven't dashed in around a year,

How I keep my acceptance rate high. The best way I've found to keep my acceptance rate above 50 is to use my completion rate. In my market if you drop below 50% then you get spammed with $2 no tip orders. But what I do is if my completion rate is let's say 93% then I can accept an order and unassign it 13 times to not let it drop below 80%.In particular, if you complete less than 80% of accepted delivery orders, you can be deactivated. However, if you have picked up an order and then cancelled after, if Doordash believes you've stolen the food you may be deactivated. I had to cancel one of my first Doordash orders and my completion rate is under 80%.Acceptance rate for better orders. Complaint. Is complete BS. I'm not delivering an order for $2.50-$4.50 yet my customer rating is 4.99. There is no real incentive to make me want to keep dashing. Archived post. DoorDash reset my acceptance rate from 0% to 67%… I accepted one got up to 70%.In my experience, resetting means nothing in my market. Doordash does not penalize for having a low acceptance rate it’s in the handbook.Yeah and even lots of the supposedly high value orders are still low, they're considered high value if they are $2 a mile. You'll know when you reach 10 orders again because the system will give you a "Warning.". This time it's a "Serious Warning," and the system will record your acceptance rate as 80%.These kinds of orders can not only hurt your DoorDash earnings but also pile up costs like gas and wear and tear on your vehicle. Many drivers report orders paying as low as $2 or $3 or needing them to drive 10 to 15 miles. So, maintaining a high acceptance rate could mean you're losing more than you're gaining. However, I just got top dasher this month and I'm noticing a huge change. Before almost every first offer would be a high pay, but now even being top dasher I have to decline a lot of orders to get high pay. At this point I don't really care about the acceptance rate because I would be making no money if I accept too many no tips.If you live in an area where it’s always busy enough to just dash whenever you want or you’re cool with scheduling ahead stick to the $2/mile.
