It only has about 41 miles on it and could still just be breaking in but it does feel off while shifting. I've noticed when the ATV is cold it is definitely harder to shift. The foot shifter just does not want to go up into the next gear. I have an 04' Rancher 350 that is foot shift. It is extremely hard to shift into any gear, almost feels like the auto clutch isn't engaging. It will shift but you really have to jam it into gear. Plus ES is usually a more expensive fix if something goes wrong. Probably the worst thing is it's hard to drink a beer while you're riding on an ES.
