Friday, a groundbreaking for a scenic outlook and the improvements at the Bazaar Cattle Pens was held. Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback attended and spoke at the event.On Oct. 27, the Kansas Turnpike Authority, Governor Brownback and other officials cut the grand opening ribbon on the improved Bazaar Cattle Pens at mile marker 111 on Interstate 35/KTA in the Flint Hills.
