Avery Dark Fabric Transfers are designed for dark colored 100% cotton fabric.Place an old piece of cotton fabric or towel on a smooth surface or whatever surface that was used to transfer the original image. Place the t-shirt with the transferred image side down on the piece of cotton fabric or towel. Heat up the iron to the highest heat setting for cotton as possible. It is usually called "Mirror," "Flip," or "Reverse." Some printers have setting options that specifically say "T-shirt Transfer Sheet" or "Back Print Film" as well. Choosing one of these options will ensure that when you iron the design onto the T-shirt the image, including any text, will not appear backwards.
