I recently bought an Astro a40 w/ mixamp headset for Black Friday and was really stoked to get this new headset. The headset is amazing and the sound quality of the headset overall is amazing but the microphone does not work properly. I mainly play apex legends. I also play on an Xbox one X. I plugged in the mixamp with usb and optical cable.(3) Uninstall and Reinstall Command Center. The Astro command center software sometimes does not detect Astro headsets.
